E-Formation becomes ennit interactive

As from the first of January 2012 the E-Formation GmbH operates under the new name ennit interactive GmbH.
At the same time, the names of the TNG AG and those of their 100% subsidiaries will change as follows:
TNG AG to ennit AG
TNG - SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS GmbH to ennit software GmbH
Under the joint name ennit we will extend our business activities in the future and will offer them as a total operating performance, especially in the area of Travel/Tourism. The first highlight will be the trade fair appearence at the ITB in Berlin from the 7th to the 11th of March 2012.
The changes in the names have no effect on existing contracts, because your contract partner has only changed by name, yet not in concern of legal matters. We would like you to change your data in a way that allows using the new and correct company name in future correspondences.
